That was kinda lame of me to say right off the bat.
Anyway, I think it's a great idea to stay off of the Internet and get yourself out there while you're away, as long as it's easy enough to find an Internet cafe or whatever if something comes up and you need to get in touch with someone/deal with travel crap/etc.
Definitely take as many pics as you can.

But it was with good intentions Luckily I'm going with my friend/former professor who has been to India a million times and knows the lay of the land, but yeah I might wanna have a back-up plan in case I get lost or something.

My friend was just like "Yo, remember, this is a third world country and you're going to see some shitty things." Which I kind of knew but didn't really think about consciously before. & not that I'm going to enjoy seeing poverty and poor living conditions, but I am going to try and welcome the experience for whatever it gives me. Perhaps it'll burst the bubble of my current perception of life.

Recently decided to go with a theme of screenshots-of-women-from-weird-movies for my avatars. The last one was Lol from This is England, this one is Sophie from Frances Ha. I don't really like her character and I wanted to make an avatar of Frances (on the right in this picture), but I felt this worked too well for me to ignore.

So I leave tomorrow until early April.
I'm gonna miss my fuzz and mah fuzz breaux.
