I was just trying to get the convo started back up again.
But whatevs, I don't mind running it if you guys want me to. I'm gonna need people to finalize whether they're in or out, so we can see if we have an even amount of people. And did people want it to be PPR, or are there any other changes people want? Like maybe a second Flex spot (that's my favorite way to play)?

OK, so if I'm seeing things correctly, then we have 9 definitely-in's and 2 maybe's:

So whether space and skip are in or not, we need to add 1 more person to make it even and avoid bye weeks. Who are we missing from last year? I think Waterpilot and hbomb were in last year, right?

Yeah we did, but Copilot Adam already said he was out, so I was just wondering who else we haven't heard from.

OK I've heard back from a couple dudes. hbomb is out (he gots a baby coming in a few days), and skip is almost definitely in. So we're at 10 yes's and 1 maybe (space6oy). If space is out, we're good. If he's in, we need to find one more peeps.

I'm likely to much busier this fall than I was last year, so I fully support a BCBC commissionership!

In terms of structure, let's keep it to 12 teams. 14 was too many. I'd be down for PPR or 2nd flex. Auction drafts are fun but much more intensive, and people who can't be there for it live are at a huge disadvantage.

got your pm bigchief, digging back through this thread for deets, wanna see if you've settled on a site & $ & all... i'd be down to play but am already tossing $55 in on my other league, don't really wanna drop that much a second time...

edit: 20 bucks, i'm down. espn? players per team? hope we're doing team defense instead of individuals.
if we can't find a 12th participant though i'll back out, no worries.

PPR is cool with me but I think the 2nd flex or auction draft might get too complicated.

What happens now?
If I remember right, we need to give BCBC our email address so he can "invite" us once the league is set up.

The Sunday evening draft worked pretty good for most in the past.
If that's still the case, August 25 or Sept. 01 would probably be best.
The season starts Thursday, September 5th.
