honestly, i find the whole Kickstarter et al. phenomenon offensive. since when is it the rest of the world's job to supply one person with a position they aren't entitled to on the basis of their own effort?

Who the FUCK is producing your shit that theyre asking for $20,000?????? Also i like that studio fees are $22,000 but that doesnt include accommodation. Shit better be the ritz carlton studio and suites with free hookers and HBO for $22,000. Although, for the amount of money they eventually made, they can srs just build a fucking studio.....

so for the recording period, they're paying themselves $800/mo. PLUS $25/day, which is to say that they'll each be making $800 + $750/mo., i.e $1550/mo., TO MAKE THEIR OWN ALBUM. sorry...record on your own time. and find a producer that costs less than $20K. also, try having your material down before you enter the studio and maybe you won't have to pay 22.5K for studio time. where the fuck are they recording, Electric Ladyland?
