It kinda depends on who's making the demo and what the motive behind it is.

If direct sales of pedals is the goal, the demo must be taken with at least a grain of salt (or perhaps a bushel or a metric ton maybe).

lol. you know, at least that guy refunded my money right away. it sucked being dicked around on a custom order for 6 months, but he did give monies back sharpish.

this guy.... i filed the PayPal claim as Not As Advertised. so. hope i get loot back. lol. would cover ordering a Bit again.

Lazy circuit design. He took the easy way around, and the whining is the consequence. To be fair though, he does mention briefly that it has a carrier frequency on his website. Although without a video you wouldn't know how prominent it is. It is useless though, I'm having a hard time thinking of a situation where the whine would be acceptable, let alone useful. Got any clips?
