Fuck this science shit. I'll deal with it tomorrow.
rustywire wrote:3 eggs (Organic/Farm-fresh if possible) scrambled with only 2 yolks, tablespoon of purified water added, 1/2tsp of cayenne pepper added.
Cooked in grape seed oil on low heat so they come out real light and fluffy.
Small portion of hash browns or potato pancakes.
FRANK'S RED HOT for the eggs.
Non-HFCS ketchup for the hash browns.
Small banana.
Pint of low-sugar juice, my ideal blend is prob blood orange, white grape, cranberry. Tropicana Orange/Strawberry/Banana works in a pinch.
1 cup of chai green tea with raw honey & lemon. Or quality, fresh-brewed coffee (ideally made in a stovetop percolator).
At least 1L room temp super-purified water (reverse osmosis/deionization/distillation).
The idea is to avoid contaminants while hydrating and restoring vitamins/nutrients.
The little bit of naturally occurring caffeine helps sore muscles and grogginess.
Hangovers are typically toast after this...but for any lingering effects...follow it up with light lunch: can of Spanish/Portuguese/Italian tuna in olive oil w/lemon & fresh dill.
Drugs are a last resort, OTC or otherwise...
Sounds like a lot more work than it is....Blackened Soul wrote:that's so much work and effort through....

this is very good advice yes. Really I don't drink much anymore [although am right now...], and my last hangover I had I still blame on shitty vodka [Wishkah vodka], I didn't even feel any effect and yet next morning... sucked...rustywire wrote:Sounds like a lot more work than it is....Blackened Soul wrote:that's so much work and effort through....
The night you're going drinking, plan ahead and begin defrosting the already cooked potatoes style-of-preference the night before. I keep a stash of potato pancakes in the freezer, both plain & sweet potato. Then just reheat in oven/toaster/toaster oven.
Then it's really just a matter of making the eggs.
Coffee/tea is easy.
Mix bottled/carton juices.
And Penta water rules. Pricy but worth it if you lack a home distiller/filtration system.
And how tough is it to open a can of tuna, squeezing a lemon, plucking a bunch of dill
Avoid the microwave.

Ok, that just made me really fucking hungry. About to make this (eggs part) as a preemptive strike!
