Well, yeah. But when he puts on his human form, he refers to himself as "benevolent dictator" so as to be understandable by the fragile human mind... if he were to reveal all of His Fuzzy Glory at once, well, you know: eyeball's pop, heads explode, everybody's dead. And NOBODY wants that.
