I watch the Andy Griffith show, Sanford and Son, and MMA. Back when Histroy channel aired historically significant programming, I'd watch. And that's about it for me and tv

I'm sorry but this show is one of the reasons Adult Swim sucks now. Needs more good cartoons, less mindless idiot show. HATE Tim and Eric. They are fucking gay and not even close to funny. Probably one of the most pointless shows I've ever seen. FUCK THEM IN THE ASS WITH ROCKS!!!!!!
Ok, enough hate, but seriously, I hate. HATE, HATE, HATE! TV is so fucking lame anymore. I got rid of my cable recently and got Hulu, which is 7 bucks a month. I also have Netflix. I have not missed TV at all because I hardly watched it. My kids and wife dig it, but not me. I'd rather read a book, play my bass, stare at a wall. TV is a mindless idiot box that contains very little substance. At least with movies you get some intelligent information. Not just mindless jabbering from a news caster or a lame sitcom that has you questioning why the fuck you're watching it because it's so fucking stupid.
FUCK!!!!!!!! FUCK!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love you guys.

I actually went on the Hulu Plus a week long trial yesterday (probably as a result of this thread).
I was watching a few PBS programs and something weird happened.
A COMMERCIAL INTERRUPTION.
That's just wrong,....PBS commercials come before and after the program; not during.
That along with too many technical issues and Hulu seemingly not having much I was interested in watching; I cancelled that trial membership a few hours later.
I did watch The Town That Was which is a short documentary about Centralia, PA.; a story that has alway fascinated me and a documentary I've wanted to see. I guess it wasn't a complete waste.

This is partly why I've become so disenchanted with IFC. They used to play cool movies I've never heard of (with lots of boobs and vag), now it's just Malcolm in the Middle reruns (which was a great show, but nothing I can't see on WGN or Nick at Night), Todd Margaret (which was one giant disappointment), and shitty, shitty horror movies (like movies that are bad at being bad). Ok, Portlandia isn't bad (I do love Fred Armisen)
And Tim and Eric are the shit. Sure they do something that's easy to do, but it's certainly not easy to do well. Formulaic, sitcom-style humor is for idiots. If you don't like T&E, go watch The Big Bang Theory.
I actually need to sign up for Hulu Plus for a class, so I can watch documentaries. I'm pretty excited about that.
