Re: Anyone got some cool stories?
yesterday, i was working on a group project, and they gave me and my group free burritos for whatever reason
never. accept. free. burritos.
i spent the time from roughly 3am until 2pm throwing up fairly frequently. i'd still be asleep but i have to go to class in a little bit to present my final paper which is like 30% of my grade

Re: Anyone got some cool stories?
A friend of mine went to some sort of marching band competition in Atlanta (i think) with my high school. It was a three day trip and they had to stay in a hotel. So before they leave, my friend takes a shit in the bathtub and draws a face on the mirror with it. Little did he know, the band director (this 6' 7" 325 pound guy) went through and did room checks after everyone was out, thus finding his poopy surprise. The director told all of the teachers and now all of the teachers hate him. THUH END.

So what you're trying to say is, size doesn't matter?

Re: Anyone got some cool stories?
when i was first really getting into music, i would listen to my parents vinyl on their old record player. they had a shitload of really good psych, folk and old r&b and i would listen to those records over and over and over again. after maybe 2 years of listening to records, there came a day when i was listening to some pink floyd (think it was another brick in the wall) and i happened to hear it on the car radio a few hours later. something sounded really fucking weird to me so when i got home i grabbed a tape of something i had and compared it to the records - apparently the record player was spinning slow and playing everything at like 28RPM or something like that and i never even knew... which is probably where my affinity for ambient music and slow jamz comes from.

Whoa. What was it like re-listening to all of those at proper speed?

Re: Anyone got some cool stories?
When I was 4 or 5 I was trick-or-treating at the hotel I used to live at. The advantage of living in hotels is you can use golf carts as trick-or-treat transportation to canvas a large area. It was great except for this one old guy had a funny accent and didn't have any candy, so he offered me a dollar. Being 4 or 5 I replied "I don't want your dollar, give me some candy!" Around then my step-father leans in and says "Do you know who that it? That's James Bond!" Needless to say, I quickly rescinded my previous statement and excitedly exclaimed "give me that dollar!"
You'd think Sean Connery would have had some candy...

I threw a burnt flag into a police car window. Ran, got my ass beat by 3 cops in a alley as they yelled that they would kill me if they ever saw me alone at night. Then I was taken to jail, made bond 4 hours later. Had court the next day. Charged with shit loads of charges, told the judge my story and showd him my cuts etc from getting beat up, walked out after paying $200 fine and felony littering on my record for 3 years.
"adding a room to the back of the house"? nope, thats my 16 12" sunn cab.
