spicy deep fried fish, smashed potatoes, real macaroni and cheese and a leafy green salad.

Dinner tonight was smoked pork with what I am guessing were garlic shoots or a stem of some kind, I am told they grow by the river: Also vegetables with Red Chile Peppers Thai??? I didn't realize till a few bites in that my translator picked them out and didn't eat them. Then some noodles, I have been told they are rice noodles and mung bean noodles, not sure which is true but they were awesome.
