Bison couldn't have been that gross. It's just like cow only a little denser. I have a bison farm near where I live, so I eat it more frequently.

I saw this on the Phillipines episode of Bizarre Foods.
I get the impression from watching the show that it's something that looks alot worse than it tastes..

it's usually crunchy.
definitely feels weird, but good. especially when you add a little sea-salt so the juices inside taste better.

My girlfriend in high school once accidentally made biscuits out of Play-Doh mix. And I choked one down out of courtesy before she had made the realization. God awful. *Shivers*.

Buffalo isn't gross. The burgers are like dryer beef burgers. I don't think I'd taste a difference if I didn't know before hand.
