Cypress Grove is the SHIT.

The Truffle Tremor is a truffle-infused brie wrapped with truffle-infused goat cheese, it is better than fucking.

They also make fun weed-pun cheese like the Humboldt Fog.

My work does a lot of beer and cheese pairings, so I try snag some tasty brews and fanciful cheeses whenever I can.  I enjoy a nice smoked cheese/smoked beer combo. One of my favorite smoked beers is:

Image SOOO GOOOD! FUCK YEAH!

Also my boss makes his own beer cheese which is pretty bad ass. My favorite is his Napalm Bastard. That shit's gnarly.

On the topic of cheese...I watch alot of the Travel Channel (No Reservations and Bizarre Foods, in particular)
and I notice the word 'vacherin' comes up alot (I dont speak french, so i'm probably mis-spelling it like crazy..but it's pronouched vah-cheh-rehn, with a nasal tone on the last syllable)
I get the impression it's a particularly foul stinky French cheese that apparently tastes/smells a bit like Durian? :idk:

I absolutely love cheese, but I'm lactose intolerant so eating cheese means I smell like death after.

Smoked Gouda, super sharp cheddar, goats cheese, mmmmmmmmmmm.......

I am an avid cook and am a cheese freak as well! This little European deli down the street has this crazy French Bleu Cheese that I make my Bleu Cheese dressing with that absolutely rules!! Best I've ever had.
Also during nice weather times the local farmers market has a cheese stand that gets their cheese from Chicago and just...wow! :!!!: They have a Chipotle Cheese among other things that is amazing!

It's fairly low-brow as cheeses go, but I've really digging Cabot's Habanero Cheddar. It's got a decent kick to it. :)

cheese is one of the things that makes life worth living. in particular, i could happily eat a chunk of Swiss or some similar cheese every day and never get tired of it...it's one of my 2 or 3 favorite foods. i'm also a fool for the blue-veined cheeses. but i honestly can't think of a variety of cheese i've tried that i haven't liked. i guess i'm the cheese equivalent to that bloke over in the salvia thread...don't be negative about the cheese!
