For my electronic group, no, I'm turning 4-6 things on and off for each song.
For my cover band, my Pigtronix Philosopher's Tone is on for 90% of my set. And the Tech 21 Leeds is on for about 75%.

I always have a forrest green compressor (set to really light compression in sustain mode) on and sunny day delay (set for really lite background echos almost reverb like).

I always keep my MXR super comp on.... I just like the extra little "umph" it gives out....... with all that in mind I don't know why I haven't gotten the itch to buy a more badass compressor pedal, like the diamond one......... everything else it depends on what we're playing.........

+1
I used to have my old crunchy Marshall Guv'nor pedal always on. I'd run a parallel signal same time clean or with a high gain distortion and stack it all with a slender touch from a super fuzz clone in front for total evilz metal mayhem
Also used to have Boss noise reduction always on, on it's secondary mode, noise reduction always on, and stomp it to kill the signal chain totally for any need of breaks without the wheEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ringing.

just reverb. when i'm using a full-size amp, the reverb comes from the amp's spring reverb, which is always on and set fairly low...i don't use a cavernous reverb for my normal sound, just enough to put some air in it. if i'm using the little practice amp, the RV-3 is always on, typically on the Hall setting with the depth at 11:30 and the mix just above dry. for special occasions, i have a Yamaha GEP50 in my rack set up with a SPX90 in the GEP's effects loop, and an Alesis MidiVerb II as well. you could say i like reverb.
