5.Apples
6. Bananas
7. chili dogs
8. anxiety/nervousness
9. ice cream
10. brownies
record number of number 2's in a day: 6-and in decent health.

I feel like my number one dump inducer is the Chinese buffet. No matter my status before, I always have to pinch a loaf within 30 minutes of exiting the restaurant.
Is it wrong that a feel a certain degree of shame that blooghost has topped my 5-in-a-day-while-in-good-health record? Well, I do. That's just who I am.
And apologies to all, but I don't really have to poop right now. Already went twice today.
