I love hot sauces, but I definitely have a limit for how hot I like it to get before it stops being enjoyable for me. I generally try to stick to cayenne, tabasco, and peppers in that general heat range. I find habanero and jolokia sauces to be far too hot for me to get any enjoyment out of it.
My favorite hot sauce is from "It's F'n Hot", a joint in Park City, UT when I visited there last year. They stock a bunch of sauces, but their house brand sauces were my favorites.
Spicy and sweet is an amazing combination. I love putting ground chiles on fresh mangos before devouring them, and I make a mean Mexican hot chocolate from scratch. I'd like to try a habanero jelly sometime.
I love the smell of solder in the morning.

first time I had abuelita it was amaaaaaaazing :omh:
then i had a free cup at this little shop, and it was just regular hot chocolate with chili flakes. it needs the clove and cinnamon to be delicious

You're kidding? Thailand they pick mangoes green and hard, so they're kinda like the texture of apples, and you dip them in a mixture of sugar and chili. Tastes great. They do it with other stuff too: guava, dried pineapple, tamarind ... awesome.
Try some Cholula on a pear. It's wonderful!
This is my all-time favorite hot sauce - if you're anywhere near Portland (about the only place they sell it) or want to order it on the net, do yourself a favor!!
(not affiliated in anyway, I just love the stuff!)
Love it! I have/use two kinds of habanero sauces right now. one that's not as hot but tasty, and the other that's pure fire I eat indian food aprox twice weekly. for real.

I don't mind spicy...but I generally don't like to use hot sauce on stuff that isn't spicy on it's own...although a couple of years ago I did try this stuff called Tiger Sauce for a while...I remember it was good on meats, like burgers, chicken, that kind of thing
