By "tabletop", do you mean, like, "playing pedals" (feedback loops) or something?

nvm... I think I understand by skimming some posts.

I went with tabletop since it's literally the reason I started buying pedals (to plug random shit into them)...

I really am a terrible fucking hack musician, but I'd say Guitar is second to "tabletop" stuff (feedback loops, mics, metal junk, whatever)... and probably Keyboards after that.

I can fiddle around on a couple other instruments, but my main thing is bass. I play both electric and upright (haven't ran the big dawg through any effects yet though...)

I play guitar, synth, bass, and samples in my main band. Bass and guitar in my other band. And tabletop in my other other band.

I voted guitar, because that's what I play the most. :animal:

But my one active band (solo project) is tabletop w/ keyboards. :joy:

And I played drums in a bands that just broke up this spring. :facepalm:

But I played bass in my first two bands. Haven't touched it much since. :hello:

yeah i think its a fair assumption that 'Tabletop' is a ubiquitous, mutually exclusive term for Tabletop, Floor, ATA Case/Keyboard Stand et cetera...
