I really liked them for clean parts, because you can chord like a guitar in the bass note range, but I didn't care for the way it sounded distorted. Perhaps it was our bass player's rig or pedals, but it just didn't do it for me with dirt. I'm also really into bands like Tortoise, and it screamed (murmured?) that vibe clean. That said, I don't think I'm ever going to invest in one, especially not after picking up a bass.

Lmao I drive a chrysler sebring and a honda accord, sometimes a 2x12 is a major pain in the ass to load. If I wasn't trying to buy a house I'd figure somthing out.
