Got the Ampeg cab, a SS212EC with Celestion G12M-70's, on a craigslist trade the other day. Haven't had a stereo cab since I sold my Peavey a year ago. Quite like these speakers, have them in an old Laney 4x12. 2 isolated speaker chambers + vh140c = :!!!:

my riggggg. its the one on the left.

fender telecaster custom '72 reissue. -> korg pitchblack -> blackout effectors whetstone -> infanem 141g -> blackarts toneworks coven (black forrest into pharaoh) -> earthquaker devices dispatch master -> blackout effectors cadavernous -> abominable effects unholy grail -> earthquaker devices rainbow machine -> tc electronics flashback x4

the pedal not in the chain is a tc helicon mic mechanic for reverb/delay on vocals.

redbear k60 into avatar 4x10 loaded with eminence ragin' cajuns. sunn beta lead into avatar 2x12 with eminence swamp thangs.

he's playing a gibson voodoo v. pedalboard is: electro harmonic pog2 -> korg pitchblack -> dirge loop (voodoo labs sparkle drive -> fuzzrocious demon king) -> mxr 10-band eq -> wah pedal -> volume pedal -> tc electronic transition delay -> mxr phase 90

my buddy's rig is orange rockerverb 50 with an orange ppc 4x12 and an avatar 2x12. speakers unknown to me. pretty sure it's vintage 30's in the orange cab and g12t-75s in the avatar. the amp actually belongs to another one of our friends so amp cab situation is subject to change.

A 6x12 with those speakers would rule for doom-grind-hardcore... My Laney cab with those G12M70's is in storage right now, and I forgot how sick they are with the VH140C or HM2 distortion. Got to move the Ampeg rig out to the main room, way too loud for a bedroom amp. That's the only wall I come close to sharing with a neighbor...

So I need to stack it with these, and still be able to get my 2x10 and Traynor out easily enough to move for practice:

Hi!

Just got back from an Interpol gig. Their guitar tech was wearing a Pallbearer shirt. I wanted to say hello cause I was in the pit and by the barrier, but I felt a little shy to shout out "Pallbearer rules!" I love seeing fans of other genres get together. I know roadies and technicians are often seen spreading their wings, so to speak, but it's still nice to get a glimpse of it IRL.
