Time for a purge...was playing yesterday and I was not happy with any of it...of course I am using my practice amp and not my main rig. I think this is the most effects I've had at one time. I'm mainly annoyed with my dirt pedals, other than the SA Multiwave, none of them are completely to my liking...The band has hit kind of a lull and its making me unhappy with everything.

i'm in the opposite place right now. i think i've gone enough awesome shits to find what works for me. super happy with what i have. i'll keep checking out new stuff, 'cause toyz ROKK, but except for a GoatKeeper there's not much i can think of i'm lusting for.

maybe break them into two boards? one with like 4 or 5 things max to see how they play with each other? and another Just For Fun board of the less song-useful stuff?

Allegedly the Orange Peel sounds like the old Voice of the world Oranges.... which means that the pedal probably has some kind of Baxendal-esque tone stack and the five position FAC filter.

Whether or not it pulls the tone off, I have no idea. If homeboy wants to put up clips I can dial in the same settings on my amp and see.

Holy crap I'm down to three basses, sold two this weekend. The stable hasn't been this barren since before I discovered TalkButt.

I got it cheap off here because it wasn't functioning properly. The seller told me it was just a matter of dialing in the bias of the transistors, but he didn't have time to mess with it.

Its really fucking noisy right now, but much better than it was before. To be honest, I haven't spent too much time trying to get it right. I may give up on it soon and pass it along to somebody else to dial in, because even if it works as its supposed to, I don't want anymore big pedals on my board. I am in the market for an EQD Monarch to do the same thing and that will be much easier to work into my board(s).

For every $5,....we get $4.55 (according to our drumerccountant). So yeah,....being a math dunce,...that Looks to be around 15%.

Honestly,...any of our material that you can pay for Mecha Shiva also provides for free,...either on SoundCloud and Mininova,....so you have the option to listen and download for free,...but we certainly appreciate the contribution to our beer fund, which is really the only reason we set up a bandcamp. Never had any desire to make a shitload of money with this.
