I'm actually very disappointed to see flips already on this. I know it probably doesn't bother Ryan, but it kind of hurts my feelings.

This. I mean, it's not like you're buying an unknown quantity - you know what it sounds like, you know the builder, you know it's limited. Pedals like this should be unflippable. Haki I think there is one floating round the BST.

ILF flipping is tradition. If soneone hadnt flipped theirs, I wouldnt have my favorite delay right now (thought they were all sold out when I got yhe money but there was 1 still available) flipp8ng is cool when people arent gouging which I havnt seen to be the case.

I don't know, this is such a special pedal, I'd never resell it. I like my Aqua Puss more, so the ILFDD is sitting on a shelf to be seen by all my visitors. In my eyes the emotional attachment is stronger than the need for some quick money to buy another pedal.

I agree that, personally, it feels like an insult to the builder and everyone who contributed, but really no offense should be taken because no offense was intended. Where this pedal is unique in every way, I can understand why someone would slap down top dollar to have a taste of its tasty tones. But that uniqueness is exactly why I wouldn't expect everyone who bought one to love it. We hadn't heard any clips of this and it's different from any previous SDD, so it was a bit of a gamble. I'm very happy mine sounds sonically sextastic, and I definitely don't want to flip it unless I absolutely have to

It's a delay... sounds like your signal. Gets quieter each time. Two switches labelled "fun" and "lots of fun".

I'm a total Philistine when it comes to delay.
