anywho, any validity to my post on the previous page about lucky duck dude committing fraud? can someone report it to PayPal?

i dunno. and i'm not really interested in going down that road. like, i got my money back. i was all cool with this being done with. i'm not a litigious person and, even if i don't like how someone operates, i'm always uncomfortable with trying to get more back on something i paid.

so.... yeah. there's probably a case to be made since i have the original email that has an audio clip of it, his response then his asserting to PayPal that it's working correctly, that's a FEATURE, then email saying he now realizes it's broken. but i'm lazy and all.

sooooo.... i didn't know if i wanted to mention it, but the Amy's Thing is too serendipitous.

i woke up to this, and an email saying from LDP guy saying he'd stumbled across this newest drama.... and that it was his girlfriend that did the PeaceGuitar stuff. i don't even care any more what's true or what's not. but... thaf's the same level as saying I Was Hacked, which is the most hilarious part of Amy's Mess is now they're crying WE WERE HACKED.

so....... yeah.

IDK, the girlfriend thing could be true. I saw on his facebook page that some lady paints the pedals, so that could be the girlfriend. And if they live together or she's just over there a lot, then using the same computer (same IP address) makes sense. After all, it doesn't make sense that he would rage in here after resolving it with Behndy, but it does make sense that his girlfriend would.

Yep, you're right, morange, but at this point, who really cares?

Someone might be interested in forming their opinion after fairly considering each point of view. Think of the children.

i agree with you MoMo that it's possible. and i want to hear your opinion as much as anybody else. please throw in any thoughts on the situation you have.

i guess where the "i don't even care anymore" thing comes from is sure. it could be his grrL. but she's part of his company. so it doesn't really matter at that point. it was a shill like move to have an alt from his company come in here to stand up for him, since that's the only person that would in this situation.

and it's been misstep after misstep after weird shit with this guy/company.

so, not like i hate him or anything, but i don't feel any compulsion to help him and take things down. i've never said anything that's false, so my conscious is clear. and any sympathy i had for his situation has evaporated.

MEH.

Yeah I don't think you should take this down; if the guy builds a good reputation from here, then in time all this will mean nothing.
