it is stock to the project.. although it is not a kit.. I don't think they sell kits for that project as far as I know. I etched the board and sourced the parts myself.
http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/projects/20-modulationecho/124-dh-pitch-shifterI tried a few mods but didn't end up implementing them. Mainly tried a voltage divider network before the holtek to lower input but it was too quiet so I just left it stock.
I really don't want to make another one. That layout is pretty ugly and I think there is probably a better way to do it. Maybe once the DBA robot gets reversed there will be a little more insight into making that chip sound better.

The boards for that project have been discontinued. Who knows when/if they'll ever make more

Etch your own! I was really scared to do it but it is pretty easy and cheap. Etchant is $10, copper clad ~$5, drill bit ~$1, dremel chuck ~$5.
I use the magazine paper laser printer toner transfer method.

Just finished up a custom Mojo Rat for sevensharpnine.
Here's a closeup of the finish so you can see the very faint sparkly thingies:
And here are the guts. I think it came out fairly neat. I'm going to add a dab of liquid electrical tape to the LED resistor junction, but otherwise, she's done.

Did you wire up the pots from underneath? that is really clean.
this is a 4 knob bass rat (upped the input cap to 470nf) with mosfet clippers. I am going to rat crazy lately. Mammoth electronics has lm308's for $3. I think the next one I make I want to do the landgraff mod.

I am obsessed with heat shrink tubing. It is like popping bubble wrap for me. But also for practical reasons 95% of my debugging problems used to be things shorting out especially pots to case, and power to case. So now every solder joint has a mechanical connection, and electrical connection, and insulation. Ironically I still use open frame jacks, but I got a huge lot of them for a great price, eventually I will switch to closed jacks.. or not.
