I'm going to try 3.5 miles today...and going to have to get off the treadmill and go run in the street soon.

good luck dude!
I might have to find a treadmill in a few months, gets pretty cold here
road running is great I think it strengthens your legs

Uggh, instead of going for distance I increased the incline a massive amount...after french toast for breakfast today, thought I was going to die after running one mile. Had to do the walk a quarter mile, run a quarter, and again up to two miles. After that I hopped on the bike and rode another 6, but today was just unpleasant.
Good reminder for when you take a few days off, eat more crappy than usual, and drink a ton of beer...weekends are meant for fun, but it might cost you.

sometimes we converse if we're just doing a casual ride, but otherwise we both listen to music to get ourselves pumped up. I usually listen to a lot of grindcore and black metal and fast paced stuff, and she listens to a lot of trill rap with the fast programmed beats hahaa

I need to start sleeping more. I have been keeping my exercise routine awesome. My sleep however has gone to shit. There was a brief period of time where I was getting a full nights sleep every night. Somehow I ended up back where I was at like <4 hours per night.

No good man! A big part of the reason I'm trying to get so much exercise in is it helps me sleep so much better and longer. You got some other stress going on, or just having too much fun?
