That would be great if you got the Bakvendt in time to use it for your upcoming gigs & recording.
I'm intrigued to hear how people use this pedal in their music/pedalchain. I've enjoyed all the clips so far.
It's left NYC for Nashville so maybe by Friday? Today is a holiday so I don't expect it before then.
Nice! Very exciting.

I'm sure like me, may of you were wondering how Miku would sound going through the Bakvendt. Well, wonder no more!
Oy. You could probably lay this track over the cemetery scene in Easy Rider with no problem.
Miku echoes are a bit creepy... like being caught in a deep, dank cavern with a hungry and psychotic anime kitten.
They arrived. I will be packing them for individual shipments tomorrow. Knut gave me the addresses of each pedal, so I will be emailing you the pic of the shipping
Yeah they are in clear bubble wrap so I can see the UC finishes. I missed out .. oh well.
Well I've been playing it for about 30 mins and God damn it's sick! I heard some of the posted demos but you kind of always wonder what it's going to sound like when you play it.. Yeah man it's amazing. It does basically exactly what I had imagined it would. So far the grain up, octave up and then a dash of stretch and about 11:00 on the loop/regen knob.. just fantastic. I have of course the reverberation machine and a couple other delays.. and then some square wave trem chopping.

R channel has Miku only (+ a loop from 856 for Zellersasn later on. I accidentally kinda covered "O Superman" for a little bit).
L channel has effects only. Bakvendt is the only effect used until ~4:15, when some glitcholay is added from the Molecular Disruptor.
I wanted to do more with just Bakvendt here, so you can hear it add both subtle "delay" and glitchy freeze loops in the first part.
This would also kinda give a hint for how Bakvendt could be used with vocals, for anyone thinking about doing that.
That was great! (and made me go buy a pocket miku )
I got mine last week and so far I really dig it. I'm curious as to where in my chain to put it though. So far I have had it towards the end after dirt, delay and chorus and i liked how it sounded, although a little buried. Last night I moved it to the beginning and a little bit if a different result. It kinda made the attack not as crisp I guess is the best way I could put it. Where are you guys putting it?
I run mine right after my boost. So either 2nd or 3rd if I run a fuzz second it has enough gain to goose stuff. I find depending on gain before it, nailing the mix is key.
I had to go with the 6" cube boxes, so it may be over 5$.. but the level of protection inside is unmatched. You'll still be saving over 30$ by my estimations
There's a Pladask sticker inside each one as well as 4 rubber feet Knut provided plus some bonus stickers from your friendly Washington state middle man enjoy fellas.
