6'7" 2...60? I guess? I used to be 220.
It's hard to start exercising again but once you maintain a schedule for a week or so, it's no problem.
That first step blows though.

How did this get onto measurements anyway?

I fucking hate exercise. I looked at my neighbors basketball net and was like,...hey maybe in the springtime I could go over and shoot some hoops and do the neighbor bonding thing,...but then I realized that I smoke,...and I'd get all winded and sweaty and shit.

FUCK DAT.

I'm 5' 6" and about 130-135. I eat way too much 'cause I don't know how to cook for one, and I bet I could drop about 10 pounds...

And, yeahhh... fuck exercise. There's a reason nobody does that-- it's not any fun. If I could find a tennis partner or something, then that might be a different story. But since my friends are all lazy and boring, that's not gonna happen.

I often wonder what would have happened if I got involved in a sport that I actually like as a child (that sport being hockey). Would I be stronger? More fit? Missing teeth? A steroid freak baby? Still playing music? A rich hockey player?

I like to entertain the thought of joining a light contact hockey league around town, something about it just seems like it'd be fun...but seriously,...to be any good you have to start that shit young,...like as soon as you can start walking,...your parents need to strap skates on and get you on the ice. As a result of that not happening in my childhood,...I'm not a strong skater (can't skate fast, or stop or pivot quickly or skate backwards),...nor am I very strong. Nice thought,...bad reality. Plus I got enough hobbies that eat up all my money.

that's what's fun about basketball. it just takes a hoop and one ball. and if the teams are balanced, having people that suck doesn't really hurt having fun.

More important than skating is the need to keep your stick on the ice!!!

Yeah,...that shit's important,...both literally and metaphorically.

I should quit smoking,....

I should exercise more and for what it's worth I walk for a portion of my commute to work,....mainly out of not wanting to pay for parking. It's about a mile each way,...which is probably more walking than most Mericuns do. My life isn't completely sedentary.

It could be as simple as doing pushups and situps. But I'd rather waste time conversing with you enlightened fucks ;)

And basketball is not fun if you're short.

I was super active in highschool, played soccer and basketball year round. College came and I gained like 30lbs. I swim every night now and occasionally run or do light weights in the afternoons. I don't enjoy working out because I would rather be doing something else, but once you get past the part where you just accept that it's part of your routine and do it, you can find it enjoyable, not the working out, but the feeling you get doing it or after you do it. Since late November I have dropped 16 of the 30lbs I gained, I'm currently 6'2 214lbs and can grow a beard like a motherfucker. Really wanting to get down to about 190-195 now, Don't really have an interest in getting my 6 pack back because it was retarded upkeep and girls don't like perfect bodies anyways, they need something to "fix" and it makes them think your going to cheat on them every night.
