Did anyone involved with that video ever even listen to anything doom? Even Sabbath?Corey Y wrote:ShaolinLambKiller wrote:damn i need to get up on that. I just picked this up though, close enough right?

While those are undoubtably the most heavy and truest of DOOM riffs, it's not vintage Line 6 bro. Those digital circuits have to age like fine wine, to be vintage and collectible. You would normally pay upwards of $2500 for a rig such as this.

Listening to and/or knowing what doom is wouldn't be very DOOOOOOM.Krosis wrote: Did anyone involved with that video ever even listen to anything doom? Even Sabbath?

Only if you play 7 string bass. And run it directly to the PA.Krosis wrote:Can the Line6 do Attila or King810 toanz?
I said some alcohol induced things that I shouldn't have.christianatl wrote:SLK, you said you liked Bush. Wow.
I never called you names, so I hope you aren't referring to me. I was trying to be as polite as possible by saying that I was only expressing my opinion. I also complimented you by saying that I could tell from your posts here that you are an avid music fan, but I wrongly assumed that you weren't that versed in the progenitors of grunge.
Because Bush.
How about a 9 string guitar?HeavyXIII wrote:Only if you play 7 string bass. And run it directly to the PA.Krosis wrote:Can the Line6 do Attila or King810 toanz?
This is really snazzy.new05002 wrote:okay back to fuzz and synth
art for the Ver3 idea with this. This one going to the artist who gave me the art for the Slomatics pedals
so basically here is whats going on
Fuzz 1 and 2 and the synth mix in parallel.
There is a Master On/Off stomp and then a stomp for the synth on/off. you can assign Fuzz 1 or 2 to be the main fuzz or as the secondary fuzz (as controlled by the last stomp). One fuzz is Cthulhu, the other is a muff with maxed gain. So you combine them in parallel and EQ them so that you can get proper mixing.
Only the most CVLT DOOMZ have sweep picking.ShaolinLambKiller wrote:damn i need to get up on that. I just picked this up though, close enough right?

I've known (not well, thankfully) so many people who got full sleeves, neck, hand and face tattoos before their 20th birthday (a couple before their 18th). Usually some kind of really obnoxious straightedge pronouncement that can't be easily covered up (everyone except ONE at the very least started smoking week within 6 months) or cartoonish overly offensive anti-religious thing like the virgin mary's severed head getting fucked by a winged demon with a shark head wearing a Slayer shirt, while he's eating deep fried baby tacos and wielding a bacon sword that's on fire.Iommic Pope wrote: I mean, I like neck tattoos as much as the next guy, but getting them when you were 18 was probably a shit idea really, wasn't it?
