SUCKS. So, if you are a transplant from the suburbs of Chicago and want good pizza, you have to make your own.
I'm pretty good at it. I made this a few weeks back, before my wife had oral surgery. I just now got around to transferring the image from my camera:

I have vegan leanings as well, but not when it comes to coffee. I don't like real milk in general, but I also don't like fake milk/non-dairy in coffee. It does really strange things to the actual taste of the coffee. Best advice, learn to drink your coffee black.

Breakfast smoothie, as a break from my usual eggs over arugula routine.
Had a helluva bratwurst for lunch yesterday, with a toasted bun and white-bean remoulade and Geman mustard on top. Damn, that was good.
