Indeed, in fact I actually do that in one song. Whammy + Wah at the same time is dope.WayToHip wrote:^^^ Can you use both treadles at the same time?
It's the "cleanest" comp I've used, it doesn't really do anything for your tone, it just does its job. I've tried a few other comps and they were a lot more warm and squishy, but now that I run an all-tube amp, I don't really need a pedal for the tone stuff, I just need some peak limiting, which is all I use MXR for.ChetMagongalo wrote:How do like that MXR bass comp chief? Have you tried others?
Alas, my covers band doesn't do any of the songs I used to use it for anymore. I still have my BSY, and use it in my originals.Derelict78 wrote:Wheres the BSY?
Am I going to be alone in my love for that cheap ass pedal?
Thanks! It's actually a Squier, and that amp is super dark sounding. I often run it in stereo with a vintage Fender Pro Reverb. Everything plays so nice together. Super pleased with the results.Disarm D'arcy wrote:Super cool board, old transistor Fender, Deluxe Tele. I like you.
you have good taste. 1 meg pots in the deluxe?bobcunningham wrote:Thanks! It's actually a Squier, and that amp is super dark sounding. I often run it in stereo with a vintage Fender Pro Reverb. Really not certain, but most of online threads seem to suggest they are 500 ohm mini pots.weed_killer wrote:you have good taste. 1 meg pots in the deluxe?bobcunningham wrote:Thanks! yeah, I was wondering if you had changed them out to 1 meg. As long as they aren't 250 it should sound good. My only experience with wrhb's were with a vintage set though.bobcunningham wrote:Really not certain, but most of online threads seem to suggest they are 500 ohm mini pots.weed_killer wrote:you have good taste. 1 meg pots in the deluxe?bobcunningham wrote:Thanks!
