Not an engineer. Just specific.
I think people are always too general. I mean exactly what I say and not something else. I always expect this to cause fewer misunderstandings in conversation, but somehow it usually causes more.

When you tell me I make you frisky, there are assumptions involved in that.
I had to walk twelve blocks home in lipstick and a business suit because "that's totally not where you were going with that comment."
You think my finely sculpted ankles are up to that?
Do ya?

On that note...
Switch tracks to trivia.
Did you know that multiples of 3 times 37 equal numbers with repeating digits?
3 x 37 = 111
6 x 37 = 222
etc.
Or that caffeine protects cells from radiation?
Or that Oysters change sex correspondingly with water temperature?
Or that Baby Boogaloo is the fucking man?

QFT. FX's comedies are almost consistently good with the one exception being The League.
Band practice #3 went well today. I actually like the music that they have written, but they're allowing me enough space to come up with most of the guitar parts myself. Hopefully, this group will get a couple shows in.
Oh, and we just decided we're going to do a cover of White Rabbit.

I don't think anything will come close to Louie for me. By far my favorite TV show in a while.
I came up with a few sweet chord progressions I'm pretty happy with, and I'm getting better at actually fingering chords! & difficult ones at that!
This may not sound very exciting and basic, but I've been awful at this for a while (starting out on bass had me doing purely melodic stuff for a while).
& getting excited to see a girl this weekend.

My home is now finally filled with internet again!
There has been the first signs of post-marriage sexual life too. (Not that anything happened, I avoid to go back to unresolved ex-relations nowadays. But I feel like that protean fish that tried to start walking and even the smallest signs of progress are encouraging.)

Louie is certainly one of the top ones. New season of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia comes out tomorrow as well.
And Archer rules. H. Jon Benjamin is the funniest human being alive.
Ooooh, still winning ebay auction with a day and a half to go.

On my way home I've decided that instead of doing anything that makes 'sense' I will get drunk with beer I haven't tried yet and watch pedal demos on the 'tube. I might also continue Season 3 of Breaking Bad and / or play some guitar.
RIGHT ON!
Damn, a friend called and he's feeling really bad because of his recent breakup so I need to drive there. At least I will take the beer.
