Bastl Cinnamon worked very well, and right now I have a WMD/SSF Ultrafold in there and I can go from kinda clean repeats to absolute noise very quickly :).
I also have some Tim & Eric samples from a Radio Music going into the Ultrafold's external feedback input, with the feedback voltage controlled from an LFO (one channel of Maths). The Chronoblob is just fed a Basimilus Iteritas Alter controlled by a clock source modulated by Peaks in trigger fucking mode.

The result would probably annoy anybody else listening to it but it kinda makes me happy ;).
Have you tried throwing the pico dsp in there?

Ev_O))) wrote:Hey guys, I know it's not modular, but does anyone know what's up with the deckard's dream pricing? Last I checked they were gonna be $1k for a kit and $5kish built, but now they seem to be considerably cheaper.... http://www.deckardsdream.com/shop

What's up with that? It mentions Japanese Construction on the site which seems like a change, but maybe it was always coming from there, I'm not 100% sure about anything...

But yeah of anyone has any insight, that would be mad
1199$ & 349$ is the deposit price. total price is still 3749$ & 999$ respectively. built price did come down. I think the 5k was an upper bound to test the waters when first announced in march. glad to see they brought it down for those who are going to take the jump.

Gonna need some midi and sequential switching before I can really get musical in the ways that I want. In the meantime, here's some more noise...

I'm pretty sure shipping was expected to be some time around June/July so hopefully soon!

I just tried to clear some room in my jam space for it and failed miserably. I need another desk

I'm hyper stoked for Mescaline. Clouds showed up today so the rack will be powered on for the first time Monday.

Oh yeah, it's at the end of the chain for a bit of reverb :).
It's almost always there now, sitting next to the Bastl Ciao.

Also looking forward to the Mescaline, it will take a few more weeks though I guess.

sooooooo..... realized the other day what i like the most about fucking around with modulars is that it's rekindled my interest in noise making. had been feeling SUPER stagnant.

and this is the first time in YEARS that i spend time at work or out doing stuff thinking about things i want to try and being impatient to get home and see what happens.
