Yeah…we are *not* taking on the Console project. We are going to likely build the replacement pedals for the backers who want them but that is as far as it goes.

Contracts have been signed and I am pretty comfortable with how the deal worked out. Ben and I are experienced enough to know when and how to cover our butts! But at this point I am not too worried about it.

We are trying to be really zen. If it works out, it will be great for both Devi and us. If it does not work out, which I highly doubt, we still have a solid business.

But thanks for the kind words, everyone. We are really excited about it! Squee!

We'll be providing the CONSOLE-ATION pedals to her though. There was a bit of a communication mix up, but as I understand it, you will still be able to get pedals for your kickstarter contribution, or a refund.
