they're set screw knobs from a Fender Rhodes piano as far as i'm aware. there are similar knobs on old fender blenders but i don't think those were set screw. really love them though.

This thread is killing me. I've never been so excited about a guitar that wasn't mine…

I will definitely be posting a long-ass review here when i get it and have a little while to get accustomed. Don't have a video camera unless an iPhone counts but i'll like record some decent audio demos and put them on soundcloud going through the different sounds and how it plays with pedals etc :thumb:

I just randomly thought up the specs for this in the space of about 5 minutes and 10 months later everything is still perfect, i can not think of a single change i would make to it as it is, i get to play a show in 2 weeks just before i go overseas so i can't wait to put it to the test.

backwardsvoyager wrote:thanks dudes, i could not be more stoked. the slider switch engages the roller knob which blends between the normal guitar sound and the lipstick behind the bridge. otherwise it's wired like a jazzmaster without the rhythm circuit.

The blender circuit is a rad idea!

Absolutely phenomenal looking, if it plays/sounds anywhere near as good as it looks (as I'm sure it will), you'll have one of the best guitars in the world
So stoked for you dude!

Dude, is that show going to be in Sydney? Let me know where and when and I'll come and stare at that guitar all night. I'll also listen to the set
