it is a storage unit sadly. The place doesn't care because there are 7 other bands in the place and on the inside that's 8 out of 15 inside units, there are ones that have access from the outside and I think there might be one or two occupied by a couple of bands or one man bands. Electrical is included so you can play all day with no issue. my unit is something like 12 x 20. it's oddly shapped cause the building used to be a hardware store. Oh and I have more gear than all 7 of those bands put together.

Access is 24/7. Security is the local PD that usually patrol the street and sit out in the parking lot most nights.
as far as noise, only time there was a complaint was some fucking douchebag doing his triphop whatever the fuck at 2am in the morning blasting it out of 4 15subs pissing off the surrounding neighborhood. outside of that I think the latest I've jammed up there was midnight and since my unit is practically in the middle with plenty of other shit surrounding it meaning other units to muffle the sound, the only thing that barely escapes is some muffled kicks.

But I prefer the LA swamp land surrounded by gators.... which will be when I have my shed completed in my backyard and Iommic has it right on the head... Ampegs are for sale NEVER... also you know I have actually referred to the room as the rape dungeon more than one instance. actually so often I almost named the place the rape dungeon on all my releases listing where everything was recorded at, instead I just picked 'The Tomb'
