Yep, that's what I was looking at here locally. How much was he asking? I might be interested if the price is right.

The head is in Massachusetts. It wasn't working last year so we brought it to AZ Tech and they fixed it up. Not sure of everything they did but I know they completely re-tubed it. It is in mint condition and comes w/ the footpedal - switches channels and turns the EQ on and off. I believe it has a leather dust cover too.

I used it for about 2 months of rehearsals. It works great but it just wasn't the amp for me so I passed on it.

ahahaha you have no idea how good that makes me feel - I thought my ears were fooling me! It sounded exactly like a Fender to me, but everyone kept telling me Sunn blah blah. I thought maybe I was losing it.

This is actually the Black Pyramid bassist's head - I think he's using a modded Marshall something or other now.

Yeah, I was beat to it, but I was going to say the Sunn and Fender version of those heads are exactly the same. There was a brief period when some people were trying to sell the Sunn badged ones for more than the Fender version new and people caught on quick, thankfully.

You should totally buy that head if it's in your budget Tony, dooooo it.
