Went to order that Alter Ego x4, but saw a b-stock DMM 550-TT and bought that instead.

Update:

Decided to re-shim the neck.
A blog I read explicitly said not to use a guitar pick as a neck shim.
BUT I'm not one to let people tell me what to do.
So I put two guitar picks under the bari neck at the back of the pocket.
One under each corner.
I adjusted the saddles aaaaaand...
It's perfect now. :love:

I like having a bari a whole lot.
It just sounds... big.
And low.

When PZ got that tele, he also took me on a magical adventure where I bought an amp for $450, and then after he bought that guitar, I sold it to a guitar center for $720. $250/hr. Fuck everything.

It was a Sunn 300t, and it sounded kinda just bad. Eat it, chumps.

Can confirm, the Sunn dude was definitely super high.
Luckily the amp didn't smell like weed, only his house did.

Also, you're definitely not supposed to profit by offloading things to GC.

Pretty sure I saw the 300t listed on the website for like $1100 a few hours after this went up.
