I would be so annoyed too. Kind of reminds me when you watch any more recent Harsh Noise documentary and people act like they're the first people to be making these subversive sounds.

My favorite schadenfreude show was one of those "amazing interiors" things on Netflix. All of the homes had been turned into storage for someone's (usually the husband) weird obsession with, like, steampunk shit, or garish 70s furniture, or railroad-themed stuff.

You could feel the strain it put on the family and see the wife's blood pressure rising after she tried to convince her husband that taking out a loan to expand their house for more junk space is not a good idea. He would plead and protest like a little kid every single time, every different family. It hurt to watch someone throw their family away over some Star Trek memorabilia.

 I think you'll like it. It really is called "amazing interiors". Huh.
Some of the houses are really cool, but there are many cringe moments. I hadn't been so vicariously embarrassed since watching The Overnight.

I really like this! I'm only two episodes in... so mostly positive things (I thought the cubs house was going to take a depressing turn but the charity thing really stole my heart). All in all, I admire the sheer will power of these folks.

I don't think I've put that much effort into... anything.. ever. :idk:

EDIT: Okay here we go. Sci-Fi Museum guy is madder than a box of frogs.

I just started the first episode - dudes (it's always dudes) who build incredibly expensive basement sports bar man caves always blow my mind.

My fiancee has been binge watching Desperate Housewives for the past ten eons and I cannot wait until this stupid-ass show is over.
Can't. Wait.

Oh man, mine watches the Bachelor/Bachelorette, which I can't stand, but I think Desperate Housewives would be worse. I feel for you
