I sleep with a wrist brace when they start hurting really bad and it helps. For the past year I have been putting an 18 guage needle in it at work and draining it. It helps alot. I opted out of having them cut out because 80% of the time they return anyway. Hope you get everything straightened out. I went from eating meat to vegetarian to vegan and I felt better with each lifestyle change. Sounds like you're taking a lot of the right steps to get healthier.
Thank Clifton! Ouch I know that feeling, they couldn't lance the one in my wrist because it was literally inside the joint. I couldnt bend my wrist at all, and they had to go in and pull it out through the tendons. It also didn't help that it was larger then the X-Ray showed so he had to rework some things from his plan. I was told that normally they will lance them a couple times to see if they will go away, then resort to surgery. I just don't like the idea of an 18 gauge needle that close to my spine (it's directly connected to the side of the disc between t3/t4 from what I can tell). I'm working on getting back to vegetarian full time, I'd go vegan as I have before but I just can't live without cheese, I seriously can't do it. Last time I tried I found myself shamefully waiting till 3am so I could sneak down to the fridge and eat straight cheese so know body would know....

This shit is what converted me. I love cheese but I don't miss it with this. I get mine at Kroger.

Interesting, I know they've come a long way with vegan cheese in the past few years. I will have to try and find some of this local, unfortuantely we don't have kroger's within 2 hours of here.

Nearest one from me is an hour. We stock up. This shit is cool because it melts just like real cheese. Grilled cheese sammiches with this are awesome. I dunno how far the Mellow Mushroom franchise goes but they have it as an option on their menu.

My brother has been vegan for like 12 years now and constantly tries to get me to eat vegan cheeses. Don;t believe the hype, If you are a fat dude that loves cheese like me, you can tell the difference.

Is it worth it? If I do it, I might strategically cover it in tape so the LED light up a pentagram in the middle or something dumb and obnoxious. I just need something smaller, but I can't seem to find anyone with a hankering for a stupid large board.
I have one of those LED boards, our singer / guitarist / synthist is using it currently. Their all right, not as solid and stable as I like my boards to be.
Is yours that black and red board in the show your board thread? Does it have a hard case? I'd be down for working something out for one of my Pedaltrain PT-1's if it has a case. Something that size would allow me to consolidate both boards down into one.

You can tell the difference, but it is still good. I love real cheese too, but after a while of being on this I'm used to it and really don't miss anything. I started eating vegan in Sept on my 34th birthday and by Jan 1st my weight had dropped from 250 to 218 and I felt a lot better. My cholesterol came down a shit ton too. All of that with a diet change, I think I might have ran once or twice during that time.

Killer! I actually love vegan eats. I live 10 minutes from Vegan treats- a vegan bakery.... Holy shit its good. I also Love seitan enough to make my own. I lived with my brother throughout college and we shared food 80% of the time, so i can eat the lifetsyle and really enjoy it... but man. I have yet to find a vegan cheese that doesn;t make me gag. the cheddar just seems to me like they took dorito powder and rolled it in play dough
