Really excited that impulse response cab pedals seem to be all the rage right now. Happy days for dicks who record at home (like me) and prefer to use hardware gubbins instead of faffing with ram-chomping software, my computer is creaky.

No pictures or info yet but someone on another site mentioned a new EQD pedal that sounds promising (i love the Afterneath)

"Got to get a quick peek and listen to EQD's new Space Spiral at tonight's pre-NAMM party at Kingsize Soundlabs. This was a collaborative event with sE Electronics, Neve and Overstayer. It was hard to get a definitive read on the pedal since it was patched into a toy (looked to me) keyboard in Rob Schnapf's main tracking room, but it sounded like a cool compliment to their Afterneath, where there are interactive ways to manipulate modulation onto the delayed signal. I should have snapped a pic. The graphics were white on gray and it had six knobs.

The little I heard of the pedal (without someone introducing three or more other effects into the mix) was really promising. Where the Afterneath uses little bursts of delay to create the reverbesque effect, this was an equally intriguing take on tape delay with some RE-201 oscillation sounds in there. I plan on picking one up."

Agreed, for me that rivals the 'blurst' for most disgusting pedal yet

Yep, they're both laughably ugly. Excited to hear how this one sounds, though. If the cabs are as good as Rosen Digital, I might get it.

Yeah, I like the idea a lot and etching isn't too expensive. Design choices just baffle me some times. Looks like something that cat guy would rock if his guitar case wasn't just full of cat toys.
