Also interested in the Joe Gore take on the circuit, especially after reading the spec sheet. I will probably grab one on sale after the release date. Until then, the Champion Leccy is verrry tempting at the current discount price.

Joe Gore's got good ears. His percolator should be interesting.
He really does.

It's probably shown up in this thread already but it bears repeating this post from the aforementioned about the ol' Harmonic Percolator.

Thanks for (re?)posting the tonefiend link. Interesting to hear different percolator configurations A/B/C'd in that video. I think the "experimental" one was my favorite of the bunch.
A Champion Leccy one knob perc will be headed my way soon. I can post a mini review after it arrives.

Was just thinking about building a harmonic percolator clone and was going to go the one-knob (volume) route. Maybe have a toggle for germ diodes since it offers a more fuzzy option.
What do the hardcore perc users and chuck converts think? Could you do with just your guitar vol and tone to tweak dat tone? If I get my thumb out my arse this year I might add one to my Fuzzwell lineup. Maybe even a dual combo dirt circuit (not two percs.... or should it be!?)

The volume knob cleanup on most percs I've tried has been decent enough to keep them cranked if I so chose, though the characteristic hiss is also more evident with higher harmonics settings. I can live with the hiss, but certainly wouldn't miss it if it were not in the equation. Noise reduction that doesn't lop off any high end crispiness or otherwise neuter the circuit would be a welcome addition (IMO).

I want to try a 220p at the input with a 10k maybe to form a Low pass that's set pretty high just to trim hiss and radio frequencies.

Found just a few moments with the Joe Gore Porkolator prototype from NAMM 2017 (at 4:33):

The Gore perc sounds nice and grindy. It was difficult to assess the level of hiss in that context, but there seemed to be a hint of feedback or oscillation when he dialed in a more extreme setting for a second.

The Champion Leccy Divvy arrived today (along with a whole bunch of goofy bonus schwag that made my day). Overall, it seems more like a tasty, percolator-flavoured boost than a standalone fuzz generator. The Divvy instantaneously grafts massive doomy balls onto the otherwise hard-rockish gain channel of my Peavey Classic 20 MH. Given there's only one knob, there's not much tweaking required to dial in various levels of sludgy boostage. I'm guessing the official demo vid was probably made using a tube amp's gain channel.

Still seems pretty good to me.
EDIT: Are there any country guitarists that use a Percolator?
Seems like a Percolator into an Orange Squeezer-type compressor might be nice.

Porkolator seems well thought out - - interested to hear a working model. He should leave the broken-ness in, though--just map it to a knob marked "crackle not ok."
Also--Divvy sale happenin'--there will be stacking.
