No problem.
Why you selling the cab?

That might be my favorite compliment of all time.....I'm speechless.
The quints on the way are REALLY pushing me out of my studio....now the "boys room", I guess....and, to be honest, I had no idea the fEARfuls were so damn loud. The Mesa reaches full watts with one cab....so I can get some money, make some room, and still have all the watts I need with just one cab. It's overwhelming. I just won't feel as much of a man on stage.

Just got this after 5 months of gawking. 1973 Sunn Solos ii with original footswitch. Kind of a 120 watt solid state twin reverb copy with a vibrato that is the tastiest!

How do you like it? I was rreeeeaaally close to buying one for a steal last year but decided I already had enough amps, now I'm not so sure.

For the price, it really is a great amp. I bought it for $375 and you can get really close to marshall tones, if you're into that, or you can get different sounds. It has a really boooming low end but can also get really piercingly trebley. When you use the additional gain stage it can get a bit noisy when not playing, but just start playing! I usually use it clean or slightly overdriven and fuzz it up with some pedals. It works perfectly for the doooomy stuff I am doing at the moment. Plus it is my first "real" amp and it makes me

I used to run a boost into the low input of my AOR, (which cut out the first preamp control and the AOR circuit), you lose a fair bit of volume from the V1 tube, but you get to run the master higher. Sounded pretty damn close to vintage sabbath to my ears.

I will have to try this approach. I usually don't use the AOR circuit anyway. It sounds really nice when the master is cranked up and really sweating.
