Just got an Ab-Synth in a trade. So far its pretty fun, but I'll have to wait until my SSStampede with the oscillator gets back to see if it does the oscillating fuzz thing any better.
Just had a thought. Maybe I can dial out the fuzz on the Ab-Synth and just use it as an oscillator.
Anyway, it'll probably be up in the b/s/t before too long haha. I feel like my fuzzquest is becoming more focused.

I am definitely enjoying it. It has a lot of range. Trade offer is quite tempting though.

Yes indeed. I dug mine out after not playing one for almost a year. LOVE.

Out: small box death ray
On its way: neonblack's ab synth.

I am excite. I played with the Ab-Synth some more today and found some fun sounds! A nice little octave up fuzz. And its a lot of fun oscillating into a gated fuzz (at Chankgeez'z rec).
I still think I'll get more use out of the death ray though. I'm imagining running the Death Ray into my voltage starved SSStampede for some broken synth harshness. Or second voice into the death ray. Whoa mama.
