Here's a track I recorded a couple weeks ago. Still working on making the chord transitions better and recording quality better. Constructive criticism welcome

I really liked that one, I kinda got lost in it. Like 3/4 of the way through I remembered what I was listening to (I mean that in the best way possible haha). Way better than I would have thought something made 100% on an ipad would be.

It's not something I've consciously aimed for, but my pedals have led me to this interesting place for now.
As mentioned in the blurb it's more of an improvised sketch (with string noise because it's just a quick recording onto a Kindle Fire, dangling from a drum stool and held in place by a Line 6 DM4) than a finished piece, but I like it

Re: Let's hear your music!
you might want to listen, you might not...this song is pretty much done from a structure and parts perspective...but just needs tidying up and practice to nail it. But overall we want to keep the unrehearsed feel of it, we dont play on time or count things out, we keep the improvisation element alive.
also...its just two guitarists, with added sign wave generator and theramin...

Sam, that was seriously great. Loved (what I assume is) the sine wave generator in the middle section there

thanks man...yeah the middle bit is the SWG...its actually on through out the whole song but we manipulate it in a way is barely audible and just creates a low noise floor in most parts.Brandsmannen wrote:Sam, that was seriously great. Sometimes the drummer and the bassist don't come to practice and then the keyboard dude and me get high and make shit like this.

Just posted two EPs, might be of interest to the weirdo synth bros.
This one's a few noisy songs grafted onto synth-layer skeletons:
This one's all long Eurorack + Sub37 jams, recorded live and edited down into bite-size chunks:

This album might not make any sense if you aren't familiar with my other stuff, but basically they are "straight" versions of songs from my otherwise peculiar/occasionally abrasive catalog:

I've updates my first album as for to do a official second follow up.
You can check it out.
It's a concept album with themes about weddings, relationships and all that shit. You like the post rocky melodies that I made on the guitar
The second album will have more fuzz sounds.

Re: Let's hear your music!
this sounds like a half-melted cassette found lying in the floor of a burnt-out factory husk, left as the only extract of the accident. Really cool.BoatRich wrote:https://hashcult.bandcamp.com/ did some weird shit yesterday
