Thanks Dan I really appreciate it, I'm working with my mom trying to get some insurance figured out so that I can go see the doctor and get treatment. But the same new laws that will force them to treat me with a pre-exsisting condition also caused health care prices to sky rocket into almost unaffordable territory. The all might dollar at its finest...

AngryGoldfish wrote:I'm glad things picked up again with Drop Electric. I was worried it wouldn't work out between you all.

I'm glad as well, it was just the usual recording an album stress that alot of bands go through. In the end it all worked out and everyone's getting along great. I'm really glad to be working with this great group of individuals.

AxAxSxS wrote:Nice to see all the support for skip here. I wouldn't expect anything less but its still cool.
Skip that's awesome the wife wants you to join her at the gym, you so should. Get healthy and spend quality time with wife = win/win.

 Thank you so much my friend. I'm going to try and go to the gym with her more often, but ever since I discovered it last night the subconcious psychological aspect has hit and the pain is getting worse so until I get it looked at I'm not going to over stress my body (which sucks considering I have shows every weekend for the next month).

Thanks Aaron!

Thanks darren! It sucks cause I just hit 30, didn't think I'd be dealing with this kind of stuff yet but its been happening all my life. But I can definitely feel you on health news taking on a brand new level.

Best of luck with the health concerns Kevin. Cysts are not fun.

Thanks Alex its definitely appreciated. And no no they are not, it doesn't help that my coworker is telling me I have the same exact syptoms as his wife who had a ruptured disc in her back.

Ruptured disc is a bummer. My father has a fucked back. Those surgeries are not pleasant so be prepared to utilize lots of pain meds.

I've been through pain management before, and ended up in rehab because of it. I'm just gonna go au naturale this time... If it grows out the ground, then the medicine is sound.

God dammit that is snazzy - especially the led placement. Wish I had jumped on one of these.

I know it's been covered, but I already quoted this, so how bout the Ditto?

crohny wrote:Jamman stereo looper. Since you run dual amps you'll dig it for the simple fact if you have just your A amp on and record a loop, it will only play through A even when both a and B or just B is on. So you can do weird sound scapes and shit. Easy to use doesn't fuck with tone. I'd look into it.

Actually nevermind - I vote for this. Now I kinda want one since I'm doing a stereo setup.

Ancient Astronaught wrote:Kinda freakin out guys.... I've been having an unusual amount of back pain lately and limbs going numb and staying numb for longer then usual, I didn't think much of it as I've lived with a herniated disk for many years now. Just a little while ago my shoulder start hurting bad and i went to go massage my upper back and found a cyst on my spine about the size of a grape. I never noticed it before and neither did the wife who gave me a back massage just a few days ago. So its appeared and grown to that size in just a few days and this isn't my first cyst, i had a grape sized cyst removed from inside my left wrist when i was 18. And that surgery has limited my usage of my left hand for the rest of my life (its the main reason i had to stop playing drums). Add on to all that that I don't have insurance at the moment, so I'm freakin out a lil. Guess I'll have to make a doctors appointment and say good by to my entire savings.... FUCK.

Mojo dude. Hope things go well for you.

Glad to catch up over here - work has been one big ole shit sandwich so I haven't had much down time to browse the forums.

Mojo sent to your back Skip. I have gnglion cysts on my right wrist that made it harder for me to play drums. I sleep with a wrist brace when they start hurting really bad and it helps. For the past year I have been putting an 18 guage needle in it at work and draining it. It helps alot. I opted out of having them cut out because 80% of the time they return anyway. Hope you get everything straightened out. I went from eating meat to vegetarian to vegan and I felt better with each lifestyle change. Sounds like you're taking a lot of the right steps to get healthier.
