That was my original plan, but they either discontinued or sold out of the model I was going to buy.

Is there an unwritten rule that all 6+ string guitars have to look metalz?

Send Kurt an email and I'm sure he can hook you up or at least let you know when it'll be back in stock. They do semi custom orders too throughout the year.

Which one were you looking at getting?

Agile Interceptor Pro 828 MN (or RN) Nat Satin

They have the 30" scale in stock, but I'd prefer getting a 28".

Yeah I think higher strings wouldn't sound the best on 30. I'm sure they'll have more shortly, their stock is changing all the time.

If you do look at getting one, let me know how you like it because I've been eyeing them for years but always was too scared to pull the trigger

It sure seems that way :idk:

Incidentally, I've been majorly GASing for an Oni Guitars 8-string for a while now..but I doubt I'd be able to really justify the purchase..or even be able to use the thing to its full potential (To say nothing of the fact that they're made in Brisbane...Not sure it would survive the trip to the US)

Those Oni's look awesome. No pricing info on the site. What do they go for? I'm guessing over $2000.

The guys over at ss.org are also mongoloids. Seriously though those people make me facepalm on a daily basis.

Since I'm not in the market for an 8 I only will go on the gear forum, and it's just an AXE FX overload :picard:

There's some helpful dudes over there though
