Luckily since the beginning of the year I've started eating alot healthier, if I'm eating by myself I eat vegetarian. Not only is it better for me but it makes my body feel better, but when eating with the family or feeding the kids I'm not going to force my diet on them. But at that point I usually eat something better for me (I try and stick with chicken or fish). As far as yoga that's not a bad idea, my wife works at a gym and she's been trying to get me to join her in some classes. Thanks for checking out the band my friend, it's been such a blast and everyone in the band I consider a friend. We've had our rough patches as any band has but its done nothing but bring us closer.
