moohah. Ditto x2 on it's way to get Meow Meow'd by Danno then replace my Ditto. i'm not a huge fan of that size enclosure anyways, and i just can't get myself to reliably stop loops on time with double clicks to stop.

separate Stop/Start footie switchers GOOD.

With you on that. The X2 is much more usable, but the ditto was a good way to get my feet wet looping.

Ditto - jia. it's funny. because i tried for like 5 years to get different smaller pedal builders to do a tiny one footie simple looper.

never realized the double clicking would be necessary and something i would.... hate. so much.

I'm with you there man. I think it would be useful for maybe overdubbing into another looper for happy fun times, but as a main looper? I dunno. Thats why I like my headrush, separate switches ftwwwwwwwww.

Can't really judge too much tho, never messed with a ditto. But the x2 already looks worlds better. Two switches and fx. If you could toggle the effects via stomp switch it would be a dl4 killer.

Agreed. The Ditto was really great for what it was but being accustomed to a DL4 and then a Timeline it's def lacking in functionality for me and I truly hated the double stomp. The x2 is a pretty fantastic upgrade tho. Also, effects can be toggled by double stomping (of course) the FX footswitch when in effects mode.

To truly be a DL4 killer the "one-shot" feature needs to be included imo but nobody adds this. The Timeline and the x2 both came close in terms of features. The Timeline actually improved upon functionality of the DL4, perfect except for the lack of one-stomp one-shot looping. Oh, and the fact that a midi controller is required to access all the looper features.
