That's my experience in general with clean boosts towards the end.Ancient Astronaught wrote:A good clean boost at the end of your chain can fatten everything up and give your board an overall volume boost if you need it without overdriving the pedals in front of it. Well I should say thats my experience with my Dunwich clean boost in that position at least.myrrh wrote:Is you EP boost last in the chain?
I use mine before overdrive, so just wondering if Im missing out on something?

only when you are doing it wrong...behndy wrote:muffs are yucky.
Yes, I must admit I prefer black, grey or silver pedals for some reason. The wah is a Wilson 6 position Q-wah vintage spec and I like it for the tonal options and it also has a bass boost feature which is useful. It hummed like a bitch when used with fuzz, but since I added the isolated power supply that problem has disappeared. Check out the CAE wah if you're shopping around, I tried that one recently and I think I prefer it. I use EWS wah plates to fit it to the board.Ancient Astronaught wrote:I see your obsession with color coordinating is as strong as mine.
Sweet board dude!!!! What wah is that? I've recently started obsessing over getting a wah, so I'm interested to see what people are using and why.
I use the EP to boost the overall effected signal for solos. I don't need it to induce more drive.myrrh wrote:Is you EP boost last in the chain?
