Mostly that I've had them both for so long, and one part of my brain is saying ,"but you'll be trading two delays for only one, and it won't have tap tempo/expression pedal or anything." But really, it's not like I use those features much and I definitely don't use more than one delay on a board at a time, so ...

Seems like an easy decision to me! You can always re-acquire if you change your mind. Trying out new stuff is fun!
