Yes, it's been a rollercoaster week and a half. I still feel like shit and see little hope of my life improving in the short term, but this is the one thing I can hold on to.

Not sure where to post this but I got a jump rope and plan to use it to get myself back in shape.

For some reason my brain is tricked into believing it is fun.

Current weight 200.4 pounds
Target Weight 185 pounds

I am about 6 feet tall so I am not a ball of goo or anything, but I am excited about getting down in weight.
My biggest problem is late night snacking so if I am online a ton at night it is to avoid food.....and I flipping love food.

Should this go in a weight loss thread?
Does that exist?
Am I the only fatty?
What are horse shoes?
Are there any horse socks?

Nice dude, hope it goes well! Exercising really makes a huge difference in how you feel, it's just hard to get started sometimes As you build momentum over a few days you don't want to fuck it up, so everything works out nicely.

But I need to start exercising again.
