I think they anglicized their family name to make it easier for customers to pronounce.
"Pathak is a Sanskrit word and means preceptor or a person who teaches"

Love those features! If it sounds tasty I might get one to put on my board instead of the Moog Super Delay; features are similar (I don't currently use Midi anyway) & based on the pics so far it looks like it'll take up a lot less space.

If the price is right and that thing sounds ok, honestly, I'd probably get one.
But they should throw in a jar of that Patak's, because chilli mango anything fucking rules.

What if I told you there was a whole subcontinent with a culture thousands of years older than an American TV show?

Wow, did not expect to be gasing for a DOD out of NAMM. What does rubbernecking mean in this context?

Slight speeding up/down of the repeats, me thinks. Basically pitch bend.

I've got two guesses.
1.
turn one's head to stare at something in a foolish manner. ---It could be boasting that the delays are so inviting, that people will be caught rubbernecking, as they seek out the source of the sound.
Rubbernecking generally refers to people who slow down and gawk at traffic accidents or police activity. So it may be referring to the echoes
themselves, as they follow along, the way rubbernecks tend to tail a scene.
