droning the night away

The Koma BD is really the shit for droning. The sensor gives so much possibilities to add movement to a drone. I'm planning a drone setup consisting of my Moog, the Koma and the Descent and I bet it will be AWE-SOME.

Truth. You should also check out the Koma Kommander infrared expression controllers. I hook them up to my moogerfoogers and can control two parameters at once. Really amazing.

hey UG are those EP-2's working well for you with the LAL pedals? i have one and used with the misty cave i get squealing on one end and normal delay sounds on the other, and can't seem to tweak the pedal range to the normal knob range. when I had a tone axe i had a similar issue. manual doesn't go into detail about expression pedals. weird.

this just applies to the ep-2 as that's the only expression pedal i've tried with the lal...its weird, if i'm just running the misty cave by itself their is a constant high pitched squeal, but as soon as i hook up another pedal the squeal goes away. i don't have a squeal problem with any of the other lal pedals that i'm aware of, i usally have more than one pedal hooked up but i just made a demo of the tone axe with an expression pedal and there was no squeal. something weird with the misty cave, but like i said it goes away as soon as another pedal is hooked up i'm trying to find my koma kommanders so i can try them out with the lal pedals but they are lost in the stacks of pedal boxes

I hooked one up to the misty cave and there was no squealing, hooked it up to the toxic plant and no squealing. so i had it controlling both pedals at once and that was pretty damn cool. I think i need to adjust the settings on the Koma Kommander though cause there wasn't much range. then i tried hooking up the tone axe and there was no audio output i need to do some more experimenting to see whats going on.

Still can't get any signal with the Koma Kommander hooked up to the Tone Axe
But i was able to get a signal with the super oscillo 88, so I hooked the Koma Kommander up to the Super Oscillo and the Misty Cave and put the Tone Axe between them. Here are the results with no input signal and just goofing around. I need to spend some time with this cause I think there are some righteous sounds available from this little set up.
